Role overview Provides functional support for SAP FSCM Dispute Management, managing the end-to-end dispute lifecycle and supporting business users across AB InBev Europe. Responsible for incident resolution, process monitoring, dispute analysis, integration with SAP SD/FI-AR, and ensuring timely resolution of customer deductions related to pricing, logistics, and commercial agreements. Work setup Full remote (within Romania) Collaboration type B2B or CIM contract (determined period contract - an assignment of 4 months) End-customer: one of NTT Data's clients Full-time engagement Start date: ASAP Language: English (advanced) Key technologies • SAP FSCM Dispute Management (D&D) • UDM_DISPUTE • Supporting and resolving the customer dispute lifecycle (pricing, logistics and agreements) • Tracking in FBL5N, and mass uploads (Z_FDM_CASE_UPLOAD) for AB InBev Europe (UK and France)
