Role overview
Provides functional support for SAP FSCM Dispute Management, managing the end-to-end dispute lifecycle and supporting business users across AB InBev Europe.
Responsible for incident resolution, process monitoring, dispute analysis, integration with SAP SD/FI-AR, and ensuring timely resolution of customer deductions related to pricing, logistics, and commercial agreements.
