IT Administrative Specialist (m/w/d) Full-Time Position Your Responsibilitie: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of master data within our Odoo ERP system. Manage and maintain contacts, metering points, price lists, subscriptions, equipment, and other relevant datasets. Perform regular data quality checks and identify and correct data inconsistencies. Define, document, and continuously optimize processes related to data management. Support various digitalization and process optimization projects. Your Profile Initial professional experience in administrative support, master data management, or administration is an advantage. Strong affinity for IT systems and digital processes. Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo or SAP, is preferred. High level of accuracy, structured working style, and quality awareness. Strong analytical thinking skills and an independent, responsible approach to work. Good communication and organizational skills. Strong organizational talent, team spirit, service orientation, and sense of responsibility. Fluent German and good English language skills; Slovenian is an advantage.
