We're looking for dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialists to join our Travel Assistance team in Lisbon for the German Market. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected situations — providing essential insurance support and guidance when they need it most. responsabilidades chave What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to German travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support Accurately document all interactions and resolutions Remain calm and supportive under pressure competências What We're Looking For: German fluency at C1 level minimum (no accent restrictions) Second language: Intermediate English OR Portuguese Previous customer service experience preferred (travel, insurance, or related fields) Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (3 days in-office at Saldanha, 2 days remote) Rotating shifts 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays (night shifts always remote) Important: The first 3 months will be 100% on-site, with the first month dedicated to intensive training principais benefícios What you will get: Base salary: €1,400 + €100 monthly performance bonus (paid 12 times a year) Meal allowance: €8.76 per day Health insurance Additional 25% pay on base salary for night shifts worked remotely Rotating shifts 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays) 25 days of annual leave (including your birthday and 2 extra days off in December) Integration into a growing international team Real opportunities for professional growth and career progression Employee Assistance Program providing professional and personal support Ready to help travelers when they need it most?
