Join Nike EHQ as a Platform Operations Specialist II and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Nike's digital business across EMEA. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of product launches and seasonal assortment readiness, helping deliver a premium consumer experience across Nike's digital platforms. This is a temporary assignment running until 15 May 2027. What are you going to do? In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, and Digital Experience teams to drive operational excellence and support Nike's digital growth. Lead the end-to-end operational execution of digital product launches across EMEA markets. Drive seasonal assortment readiness by ensuring products, assets, and inventory are available on time. Manage product activation, deactivation, grouping, and attribution across Nike's digital platforms. Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Global teams to support key seasonal initiatives and launches. Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure flawless execution. Execute exclusive launch experiences and consumer-facing digital campaigns. Continuously improve processes and leverage data insights to drive operational efficiency What do we offer? Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, retail, or a related operational environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams.
