We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and organised Junior Business Development & Operations Associate to join our growing team, for full-time on-site employment in Nicosia. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our existing clients, identifying opportunities, supporting business growth and helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to become one of the first contributors to our team’s new generation of innovative offerings. Key Requirements Manage communication with existing clients and internal teams, coordination of daily support tasks. Become fully versed in our administrative systems and processes, while maintaining accurate company’s records and databases. Installation/Upgrade of our ERP systems at new and/or existing clients. Identify and qualify prospective customers and business leads. Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels, ensuring the company’s CRM and prospect database remain up to date. Research potential clients, markets, industries, and business opportunities. Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and business documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients. Follow up with leads and support the sales pipeline. Monitor competitors and industry trends and share relevant insights with the team. Your Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Information Technology or other relevant degrees. 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, operations, customer success, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), in both Greek & English language. Good organisational and time-management ability. Be clear and consistent; Give emphasis to detail. Basic understanding of CRM systems, ticket management systems, and HR systems is an advantage. Work experience in a similar environment will be considered as an advantage.
