Assisting clients with booking, modifying, and canceling their travel arrangements. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Providing accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, and company policies. Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system. Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize service quality. Gathering and sharing customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement. competências Profile Required: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of required experience in a customer service role (experience in the travel/tourism industry is a strong plus). Education: High school diploma required (12th grade or equivalent). Languages: Native-level fluency in Italian and an excellent level of Business English (C1 minimum), essential for daily communication in an international context. Excellent communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. principais benefícios What Our Client Offers: Contract: 6-month employment contract (renewable). Base Salary: €1,000 / month (14-month payout). Complexity Bonus: €100 / month (11-month payout). Meal Allowance: €7.63 / working day. Benefits: Full health insurance included.
