We are seeking an experienced English speaking IT Support to join our growing team based in Funchal, Madeira (Portugal). The ideal candidate will actively contribute to safeguard the platform and its users by ensuring that published content complies with applicable policies, legal requirements, the website’s Terms & Conditions, and safety standards. They should be confident with general computer operations and familiar with Microsoft Office applications, common productivity tools, and AI-enabled workflows used to support content review and moderation. responsabilidades chave Tasks  Review and moderate advertisement content using custom-built tools.  Help ensure users have a safe and secure browsing experience by accurately screening online content.  Identify and block inappropriate content in line with established moderation guidelines.  Participate in weekly debriefing meetings with Team Leaders. competências For this position, we are looking for a team player with: A positive and collaborative attitude.
