## Opis stanowiska
About projectJoin an international Data & Analytics team delivering enterprise-scale solutions within one of Europe's leading financial organizations.As a Senior IT Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping design data-driven solutions, analyze business requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT products. You'll work in a cross-functional Agile team on complex end-to-end initiatives involving data analysis, data quality and modern analytics solutions.Your responsibilitiesAct as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.Gather, analyze and refine business requirements.Design and support data-driven solutions together with technical teams.Perform data analysis, data quality and data hygiene activities.Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.Support delivery of complex end-to-end solutions.Collaborate closely with developers, architects and business users.Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.Work in an Agile delivery environment.Our requirements10+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Technical Analyst or Data Analyst.Strong SQL skills (must-have).Experience working with complex business and technical requirements.Hands-on experience with data analysis, data quality and data hygiene.Practical experience with Hive.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, user stories and features.Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.Familiarity with Big Data concepts, CI/CD pipelines and basic Machine Learning concepts.Excellent communication skills.English at a minimum C1 level.OptionalPython programming.Apache Spark.Experience reading and understanding code.Experience with solution design.Financial or banking sector experience.
