## Opis stanowiska
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with the German language, helping customers from the German market of a grand european telecommunications company?
We are looking for German speaking candidates living in Lisbon or Porto, to join a technical customer support team, with excellent career growth opportunities and contract made directly by the company.

In this job you will help customers over the phone, solving technical issues like internet instability, connection, device malfunction, and other similar technical requests made by the clients. Your communication skills will be of great value for this position!

Must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese Residence card

principais benefícios
Base Salary: €1,338 gross/month.
Variable Compensation Package: Monthly bonuses up to €500 and attractive quarterly performance bonuses.
Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.
Transportation Allowance: €20/month.
Health Insurance.
Hybrid model of work: Three days at the office (after the initial 6 months, which are in-person).
Schedule: 8 rotating hours daily, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Days Off: Sunday and one rotating day.
Location: Lisbon or Porto
