## Opis stanowiska
Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and campaign execution, with a strong focus on B2B audiences in the German-speaking energy market. The role covers both social media marketing and the broader digital marketing mix, including performance measurement and continuous optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for B2B audiences
Manage broader digital marketing activities, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising
Create and adapt engaging videos and static ads, including the use of AI tools to support content production
Develop and maintain social media calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement workflows
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on brand positioning, messaging, and lead generation strategy
Stay up to date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in online/digital marketing
Demonstrated experience managing marketing and advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data and performance reporting
Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a flexible, part-time setup
