## Opis stanowiska
We are looking for a [position] for a medium-sized company in the mechanical and plant engineering sector.
Development Engineer / Design Engineer (m/f/d).
What awaits you
Development and design refinement of standard modules as well as customized solutions
Design and engineering of specialized technical solutions in mechanical and plant engineering
Development and refinement of machines and systems for profile machining
Creation and development of complete machine and production line layouts
Design and detailing using Autodesk Inventor
Close coordination with the electrical engineering department and other technical departments
Design support for projects during assembly and commissioning
Technical support for optimizing and adapting existing solutions
Providing technical guidance to students in work-integrated learning programs during their practical training phases
Supervision of theses and technical practical projects
What you should bring
A master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor
Understanding of PDM and ERP systems as well as structured technical data processes
Solid technical understanding, particularly in the field of mechanical engineering
Ideally, some professional experience in design or development in mechanical and plant engineering
Enjoyment of developing customized technical solutions
Strong communication skills and an interest in sharing technical knowledge
Ideally, some experience in mentoring students or early-career professionals
A creative, independent, and quality-conscious approach to work
