You will be assigned various individual and group tasks, helping you build the skills and expertise you need for a diverse, challenging and exciting career at LDC.The Graduate program at LDC is a 2-phase process:Phase 1 - Build business experience and skills: Graduate Trainee for 12 months (full-time)During this phase, you will gain exposure across different areas of dry-bulk shipping, working with teams across LDC’s Freight Platform to build comprehensive understanding of the business.Phase 2 – Moving into a regular roleAt the end of the first phase, if job performance is high and there is a business need, you will be offered a permanent role.
