## Opis stanowiska
Supervise accounting staff, including review daily bank reconciliations, intercompany accounts, provide coaching and ensure accurate of financial data.
Prepare payment request report and relevant document, including vendor invoice and voucher.
Assistance and monitoring accounts receivable collection.
Process GL reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, close timelines
Prepare budgets/forecasts related to accounting.
Ensure proper documentation and record retention for audit and compliance purposes.
Review of weekly Cashflow report and Account Receivable report.
Communicate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer services and head office) to resolve accounting issues.



Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic EU VAT knowledge
Must be responsible, initiative and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
