Supply Network Planning Assistant

About the role

Join the supply network planning team of an international FMCG company in Warsaw. The position supports logistics reporting, inventory planning and coordination with demand and production planners.

Responsibilities

• Update logistics reports in Excel, including fill rate, sell-through and stock-outs; monitor SAP alerts and share updates with production planners.
• Compare forecast demand with actual sales to control inventory and monitor forecasts of stock shortages and surpluses.
• Help coordinate inventory for new product launches and products being withdrawn from the market.
• Attend weekly meetings with demand and production planners and provide ongoing support to the supply network planning team.
• Gather feedback from colleagues and customers to improve supply processes.

Requirements

• English at a minimum B2 level, required for daily work.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Student status or a completed university degree; good communication skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Initial logistics experience; the listing specifies 0-6 months of experience.
• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using SAP is a strong advantage.
• Preferred fields of study include Logistics, Management and Production Engineering, or Management.
