Short-Term Rental Expert

About the role

Join an international mobility and operational leasing expert team focused on short-term rental service development and management. The role involves full responsibility for STR product efficiency, growth, and business results using own fleet and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage STR product and service: overall responsibility for efficiency, development, and business results of short-term rental based on own fleet and external partners; Shape offer and pricing policy: monitor competition, analyze market trends, set profitable price lists and offer positioning with Commercial Director
• Collaborate with sales and marketing: advisory support for salespeople, participation in acquisition activities, coordination with marketing on website presentation and promotional materials
• Client and partner relations: prepare rental calculations and contracts, consult and negotiate commercial cooperation terms with business clients and fleet suppliers
• Optimize fleet profitability: control operational costs, maintain high vehicle utilization rate, and maintain assumed margin; Supervise operational rental cycle: coordinate invoicing processes, vehicle records (activations and withdrawals), and ongoing matters in company systems
• Planning and analytics: co-create budgets, sales forecasts, and report business results to management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferred in Rent-a-Car, CFM / operational leasing or automotive industry)
• Practical knowledge of car rental mechanisms and fleet management
• Fluent English communication in speech and writing at B2 level
• Willingness to work in the field in Warsaw and surrounding areas; Analytical and organizational skills: comfort working with data, profitability indicators, and operational systems
• Commercial initiative: proactivity, focus on optimizing financial results, and ease in building business relationships; Category B driver's license. This job offer is intended for people over 18 years of age.
